Firstly it is a pleasure to deal with Joe McDaid. Totally straight up. The office and fitter staff are professional and helpful in the extreme. They deal in a quality product and I would recommend without hesitation on my experience with them.

First class service and aftercare. We initially had our front door replaced a few years ago. We were so impressed with the client care and attention to detail from Joe and all the staff that when the time came to replace windows and another door recently, we returned to this company. We were not disappointed. Yet again, we were taken through our options clearly and with no pressure, and when work began, the team were so thorough and tidy. The house was left spotless. The windows and new door have surpassed our expectations. A word too for Margaret and Niamh who could not have been lovelier to deal with. Thanks to everyone, this company is a credit to Donegal and we will be recommending you in the future. Thanks again. CMcQ.

I can not speak highly enough of this company. They recently replaced all of our windows and doors in Donegal and the results are amazing. Having received quotations from other suppliers, there was no comparison when I visited McDaid's. Their communication is excellent and they take such pride in their work. They clearly have a passion for doing the job right. Joe was extremely patient during the initial enquiries and took time to explain the ins and outs of all of the windows and doors to us. I was incredibly impressed with the attention to detail and the level of advice given. When the work commenced, I was again impressed, this time by how lovely his crew of six workmen were. They were so friendly, polite and helpful. I can't fault them. Nothing was a problem. Anything I wanted adjusted was done without a quibble. The workmanship was top class, and my house is completely transformed as a result. The windows and doors are nothing short of beautiful! I went for cream sliding sashes and they can only be described as glorious! I can tell also that the level of aftercare I can expect from McDaid's is streets ahead of the rest. I would highly recommend Joe McDaid Windows. An absolute pleasure to deal with, competitively priced and an excellent product, well fitted. Five stars!
